£30 for 6 week block or available as part of the Silver pass (3 classes per week) or Gold pass (unltd classes) package. Drop are sometimes available on the day - please get in touch.

What is Barre? For a start it's NOT a ballet class... however we do use the barre, and some of the movements are inspired by the ballet barre, and we aim to stand tall and do each move with great posture so there are some similarities. It also incorporates elements of body conditioning, pilates and yoga.

Don't be fooled though into thinking it's an easy ride - this class is a killer!

You'll work on strength and cardio - but we'll constantly be aiming to do this through mindful movement, with good alignment and grace. And believe me, those little tweaks in your positioning here and there will make all the difference.

The Power Yoga section includes a mat based routine incorporating upper body and additional core work (and sometimes legs if you're still standing after the barre section). And we always finish with a short juicy stretch.

We follow the same structure each week I'll make enough changes to keep you on your toes (literally), and you'll quickly begin to see results if you stick with it - improved posture, balance and co-ordination, core stability, muscle tone and that famous BARRE BUTT.

This class is not for the faint hearted, but I will offer modifications making it suitable for everyone - but do get in touch if you have any questions.

T&C: You can cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the block for a full refund. After that partial refunds are offered in exceptional circumstances. You can make up missed classes at any other class within this block, but cannot carry over. Because we try to offer make up classes to everyone please let me know (if you can) when you can't make a class or when you're planning on making up a class.

Please also ensure that you let me know before the start of the class of any health / medical conditions or injuries that may affect your ability to take part in the class.
