2 mini blocks - you can either book per session, book for 2 in a row or book for all 4 (the cheapest option). Spaces are limited.
Mondays 21st and 28th January 10.30 - 11.15
Mondays 18th and 25th February 10.30 - 11.15

This is a class you can do with baby in a sling / carrier, using the barre for balance. We'll use small and precise movements to tone up lower body, whilst working on improving posture and standing tall.
It incorporates elements of body conditioning, pilates and yoga. There will be a gentle cardio warm up. too (this is usually baby's favourite bit!)

Don't be fooled though into thinking it's an easy ride - this class can be a killer! However modifications are available throughout so you can do everything at your own level.

We'll include some upper body work, and also some core conditioning - again with modifications available. We'll make sure you're working with correct form to reconnect with your core muscles after pregnancy. This section will mainly be based on Pilates movements.

The needs of your baby will always come first so feel free to stop , feed, change, cuddle baby at any time throughout the class. And if they're happy sleeping / playing you're welcome to let them be, rather than strapping on. We usually find that babys love being strapped on, close to you, and also moving to music. Often they'll fall asleep before the end of the class.

T&C: You can cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the block for a full refund. After that partial refunds are offered in exceptional circumstances. You can make up missed classes at any other class within this block, but cannot carry over. Because we try to offer make up classes to everyone please let me know (if you can) when you can't make a class or when you're planning on making up a class.

Please also ensure that you let me know before the start of the class of any health / medical conditions or injuries that may affect your ability to take part in the class.
