£20 for 4 week block or available as part of the Silver pass (3 classes per week) or Gold pass (unltd classes) package. Drop are sometimes available on the day - please get in touch.

Barre incorporates elements of Pilates, yoga and ballet and is known for using small, precise movements to create the "barre BURN". We use small isometric muscles to fatigue the muscle and sculpt and tone the body, whilst at same time stretching and elongating the muscles.

Except an upbeat playlist and a low impact, yet energetic and challenging, sweaty class, finishing with a juicy stretching session using standing yoga stretches to create space in the body and relaxation.

We also use light weights to tone upper body and arms and include core strengthening in each class.

T&C: You can cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the block for a full refund. After that partial refunds are offered in exceptional circumstances. You can make up missed classes at any other class within this block, but cannot carry over. Because we try to offer make up classes to everyone please let me know (if you can) when you can't make a class or when you're planning on making up a class.

Please also ensure that you let me know before the start of the class of any health / medical conditions or injuries that may affect your ability to take part in the class.
