Pilates is great for creating long, lean & toned muscles, increasing strength and improving posture. Pilates really targets the core abdominal area, so is perfect for creating that core strength that supports everything else (and for getting a flatter tummy).

It's not just the abdominal muscles but also the glutes, back hips and inner thighs that make up your core - all of these (and more) are targeted throughout a Pilates class.

It's like a secret weapon that will help you move with ease, stand taller and prevent pain. This class is aimed at those new to Pilates but feel free to come along even if you've had experience.

What to wear: During winter the temperature can vary in the studio so please wear layers. Clothes should be comfortable enough to move in, and preferably not to baggy / bulky. We don't have outdoor shoes in the studio, however you can keep your socks on. Mats are provided.

T&C: You can cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the block for a full refund. After that partial refunds are offered in exceptional circumstances. You can make up missed classes at any other class within this block, but cannot carry over. Because we try to offer make up classes to everyone please let me know (if you can) when you can't make a class or when you're planning on making up a class.

Please also ensure that you let me know before the start of the class of any health / medical conditions or injuries that may affect your ability to take part in the class.
