A combination of foundation Pilates exericises to help strengthen the core combined with stretching out stiff bodies. Ideal if you're looking to create a little more flexibility and movement in the body, whilst strengthening your core.

This will be a slow paced class with plenty of time to get to grips with poses and exercises, but still working and stretching deeply into the body. Take it at your own pace, lots of modifications available.
