Monday’s 8.05 -9, starts 28th May. £24 for 4 week block or available as part of the Silver pass (3 classes per week) or Gold pass (unltd classes) package. Drop are sometimes available on the day, however you do need previous Pilates experience to drop in - please get in touch.

Our Monday night Pilates class is perfect for those with a little Pilates experience, returning to Pilates or just wishing to practice at a foundation level class. We can also accommodate complete beginners in this class, please just get in touch to see if it's suitable for you. It's fantastic as cross training for athletes too.

The class moves through a series of mat based movements that will help strengthen and stretch your entire body, for fitness, cross training, improved posture, injury prevention and redeveloping core stability and strength after pregnancy / time off/ injury. Through mindful and controlled movement, we'll pay not only to your core, but also to creating longer, leaner muscles in the limbs, as well as strengthening the back of the body too. This deep core strengthening combined with mindful stretching, coordination, control and balance is what makes Pilates so unique.

What to wear: During winter the temperature can vary in the studio so please wear layers. Clothes should be comfortable enough to move in, and preferably not to baggy / bulky. We don't have outdoor shoes in the studio, however you can keep your socks on. Mats are provided.

T&C: You can cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the block for a full refund. After that partial refunds are offered in exceptional circumstances. You can make up missed classes at any other class within this block, but cannot carry over. Because we try to offer make up classes to everyone please let me know (if you can) when you can't make a class or when you're planning on making up a class.

Please also ensure that you let me know before the start of the class of any health / medical conditions or injuries that may affect your ability to take part in the class.
