Combining core strengthening and posture improving elements of Pilates with standing Yoga poses and relaxation. Suitable for all levels. This will be a non intense, relaxed class designed to help you enjoy moving your body with ease.

Mats are available at the studio

What to wear: During winter the temperature can vary in the studio so please wear layers. Clothes should be comfortable enough to move in, and preferably not to baggy / bulky. We don't have outdoor shoes in the studio, however you can keep your socks on. Mats are provided.

T&C: You can cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the block for a full refund. After that partial refunds are offered in exceptional circumstances. You can make up missed classes at any other class within this block, but cannot carry over. Because we try to offer make up classes to everyone please let me know (if you can) when you can't make a class or when you're planning on making up a class.

Please also ensure that you let me know before the start of the class of any health / medical conditions or injuries that may affect your ability to take part in the class.
