Drop in spaces are usually available but we wouldn't always know in advance, please just drop me a message to find out. It is also possible to come along for part of the class.e g. just for the standing section. Please get in touch if this is something useful to you.

Class will begin with a Gentle Pilates warm up - a floor based mat classes to strengthen and stretch all over with focus on core strength, lengthening legs, creating stability in the body and strengthening the upper back.
We'll then move to a gentle standing section of the class, using the barre for balance and strengthening lower body.
