£28 for 5 week block or available as part of the Silver pass (3 classes per week) or Gold pass (unltd classes) package. Drop are sometimes available on the day, however you do need previous Pilates experience to drop in - please get in touch.

Our Tuesday night Pilates class is perfect for those with Pilates experience who are wishing to challenge themselves, learn more about the method and work their whole body.

We'll be working with flow and control, trying to get the heart of what Pilates is - a system of movement designed to stretch and stretch the whole body, creating flexibility with power and control.

The class assumes a basic understanding of the Pilates system and flows through the moves of the intermediate series, that will help strengthen and stretch your entire body, for fitness, cross training, improved posture, injury prevention and core stability. Through mindful and controlled movement, we'll pay not only to your core, but also to creating longer, leaner muscles in the limbs, as well as strengthening the back of the body and the arms and upper body too too. This deep core strengthening combined with mindful stretching, coordination, control and balance is what makes Pilates so unique.

What to wear: During winter the temperature can vary in the studio so please wear layers. Clothes should be comfortable enough to move in, and preferably not to baggy / bulky. We don't have outdoor shoes in the studio, however you can keep your socks on. Mats are provided.

T&C: You can cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the block for a full refund. After that partial refunds are offered in exceptional circumstances. You can make up missed classes at any other class within this block, but cannot carry over. Because we try to offer make up classes to everyone please let me know (if you can) when you can't make a class or when you're planning on making up a class.

Please also ensure that you let me know before the start of the class of any health / medical conditions or injuries that may affect your ability to take part in the class.
